Facebook has added two customization options for placements. First, it became possible to add WhatsApp as a destination. You can do this at the ad group level for the Traffic, Posts, and Conversions goals.
Secondly, when customizing by placements, it became possible to add several options to the main text and heading. Each user will see the title that is most likely to lead to the target action.
Facebook Ads Manager also added the ability to add emoji to the description when creating and editing an ad. Previously, you could only add emoji by copying and pasting them into the description. The new option will simplify this process and make it more convenient.
Emoji in the description make the ad more attractive, informal, and can also increase audience engagement.
